I was first diagnosed with ADHD when I was in graduate school in 2010.  I was 37 years old at the time, but I always knew that, although I was smart, there were things that seemed to challenge me more than they challenged my peers.  Being a masters level social worker in the mental health field, I came to realize that mental health professionals with a strong working knowledge of ADHD were hard to come by, particularly for adults.  Educating myself and having my own coach helped me to see that my tendencies as an ADHD adult were also assets.  I'm committed to bringing skillful, affordable coaching to anyone who is motivated to cultivate their assets!
